TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM (SMS TERMS)

These terms cover the Celer Merchants Corporation text messages program.

1. Program name and sender

Program name: Celer Merchants Corporation text messages. Messages are sent by Celer Merchants Corporation for its brands CELER Merchants, Conqueror Capital, CELER 360 and celerfunding. Every message names the brand it comes from.

2. How to opt in

You join only by ticking the optional text-message consent box on a web form on one of our websites: conqueror.capital, celermerchants.com, conqueror.capital or celerfunding.com. The box is never pre-ticked, and you can send the form without ticking it. The consent text next to the box reads:

Yes, I agree to receive text messages from Celer Merchants Corporation (CELER Merchants, Conqueror Capital, celerfunding) about my request, appointments and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

We do not buy phone lists and we do not add numbers to the program any other way.

3. What messages you will receive

Replies to your request
Appointment reminders
Account and service updates
Occasional offers

4. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, up to 6 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Stop and help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. After STOP you get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more texts after that. To join again, tick the consent box on one of our forms.

6. Consent is optional

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. We share it only with the providers that deliver the messages for us (our phone and messaging platform and the carriers). Read our Privacy Policy and Terms.
