LOCAL SEO FOR SMALL BUSINESSES.
When your neighborhood searches, you want to be the business they find. We handle your profile, your site, your listings and your reviews, without shortcuts that get businesses suspended.
WHAT WE DO
Google Business Profile
For eligible businesses, we claim, set up and optimise your profile: categories, hours, services, photos and posts.
On-page SEO
Clear pages for what you sell and where you serve, with titles, descriptions, structured data and fast mobile load times.
Citations
Your business name, phone and website kept consistent across the directories and platforms that matter for your type of business.
REVIEWS, DONE LAWFULLY
Review generation and reputation cleanup mean making it easy for real customers to leave honest reviews, and replying to every review professionally. No fake reviews, no paid reviews, no incentives, and no “review gating” that screens out unhappy customers.
HOW LOCAL SEO WORKS
1. Where you stand
On a strategy call we look at how your business shows up in local search today, and check whether it is eligible for a Google Business Profile.
2. Fix the foundations
Profile categories, hours, services and photos; clear pages for what you sell and where you serve, with titles, descriptions and structured data.
3. Listings and reviews
Your name, phone and website made consistent across listings, and a simple way to ask real customers for honest reviews.
4. Report monthly
Monthly reporting on calls, clicks and customers, so you can see what the work is doing.
WHO IT IS FOR
Local SEO fits businesses that serve customers in person, at a storefront or at the customer's location: restaurants, retail shops, med spas, grocery stores and home services.
If you never meet customers in person, Google will not allow a Business Profile, so the Maps side of local SEO does not apply. We check that first and tell you on the call.
QUESTIONS
Can you guarantee a #1 ranking?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Google decides rankings. We do the work that makes a business easier to find and trust, and we report on what changes.
Can every business get a Google Business Profile?
No. Google only allows a profile for businesses that meet in person with customers, at a staffed location or at the customer's location. We check eligibility first and never create listings at virtual offices or addresses you do not operate from.
How do you get reviews?
We help you ask real customers, at the right moment, for honest reviews. We do not write reviews, buy them, offer incentives for them, or filter out unhappy customers before they can post. Those practices break platform rules and consumer protection law.
What do I get each month?
Local SEO work on your site and profile, and monthly reporting on calls, clicks and customers, so you can see what the work is doing.
How long does local SEO take?
There is no fixed timeline, and anyone who gives you a guaranteed date is guessing. How quickly things move depends on your competition, your category, where your profile and site start, and how many real reviews you earn. Google's own advice is to ask any SEO what results they expect and in what timeframe, so we tell you what we will work on first and show you what changes in the monthly report.
What affects the cost of local SEO?
Scope, mostly: how many locations and service areas you cover, how much your website and Business Profile need fixing, how competitive your category is locally, and whether you also want ads or a new site. We quote after a strategy call, once we know what the work actually involves. See how much local SEO costs for the usual pricing models and what to look for.
