FOR REMODELERS

WEBSITES, LOCAL SEO AND ADS FOR REMODELERS.

Kitchen and bathroom clients spend weeks browsing before they call, and they judge you on photos, reviews and how easy you are to reach. We make sure what they find sells your work for you.

WHERE THE LEADS LEAK

five common gaps
  1. Gallery with no story behind it. Forty kitchen photos in a grid look nice but say little. A homeowner wants to know the problem, the layout change, the cabinet choice and how the family lived through it. A short before-and-after write-up on each project turns browsing into a phone call.
  2. Stock photos of someone else's kitchen. Buyers can tell when the marble island is a catalog shot. It raises doubt about everything else on the page and can bring a licensing claim. Your own jobsite photos, even from a phone, build more trust.
  3. Reviews stop after the final invoice. Remodeling clients are often happiest the week the dust settles, and that is when nobody asks them. Months later the moment has passed. A simple habit of asking every finished client for an honest review keeps your profile current.
  4. No way to start without a phone call. Many people researching a bathroom redo are doing it at night after the kids are asleep. If the only option is to call during business hours, they bookmark you and forget. A short form asking room, rough scope and timing catches them while they are ready.
  5. One page trying to rank for every room. A single 'Services' page listing kitchens, baths, basements and flooring rarely ranks for any of them. Google matches searches to pages that clearly cover one thing. Each room you remodel deserves its own page.

WHAT THE SETUP LOOKS LIKE

site · profile · ads

The website

Remodeling is a visual, emotional purchase, so the site leads with your finished rooms and the people who hired you. We build a page for each room type you take on, such as kitchens, bathrooms, basements and whole-home renovations, with your project photos, a plain explanation of how you work from design through cleanup, and an easy way to start a conversation. Every screen has a tap-to-call number and a short estimate request form.

We write the copy and you review it before and after launch, so the promises about process and warranty match what you really offer. The site is mobile-first and fast, which matters when someone is scrolling through bathroom ideas on the couch. From kickoff it is designed, written, built and live in 24 to 48 hours, usually within 48, as soon as we have your logo, any photos and the list of rooms and services you do.

The Google Business Profile

For eligible remodelers we claim, set up and optimize the Google Business Profile, and you keep owner access. If you run a design showroom that clients visit during set hours, the profile can show that address; if you only work in clients' homes, we set it up as a service-area business with the address hidden. We confirm eligibility before anything goes live and never use a virtual office or an address you do not operate from.

Categories matter here: kitchen remodeler, bathroom remodeler and general contractor are separate options, and we choose the primary one based on the work you most want. We add each service, upload project photos in sets that show the room before, during and after, and post new completions. We help you ask real clients for honest reviews and reply to each one professionally; no fake, paid or incentivized reviews, and no screening out unhappy clients.

The ads

Search ads catch people who have decided to remodel and are choosing who to call. We build and run Google Ads campaigns end to end, split by room so a kitchen search sees a kitchen ad and lands on the kitchen page. Location targeting covers only the neighborhoods and towns you want to drive to, negative keywords filter out DIY, cabinet-only and design-inspiration searches, and every call, form and booked consultation is tracked.

Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram fit remodeling well because the work photographs beautifully. We run finished-room carousels and short project stories to homeowners around your service area, which keeps you in mind during the long stretch between dreaming and deciding. Monthly reports cover calls, clicks and customers. Ad platforms run auctions and Google decides organic placement, so nobody can guarantee a set number of leads.

FAQ

straight answers

I have a small showroom. Should my profile show the address?

If clients can walk in during posted hours and staff are there to meet them, yes. If the showroom is by appointment only or you mostly work at clients' homes, a service-area setup is often the better fit, and we check what applies before setting it up.

Can I post before-and-after photos?

Yes, as long as you took them or have permission, and the client is fine with their home being shown. We leave out house numbers and anything that identifies the property.

My projects take months. How do I show that on a website?

We describe your process in plain steps, from first visit to design, permits where needed, build and final walk-through. That tells a nervous homeowner what to expect and cuts down on repeat questions.

Should I run ads for every room I remodel?

Usually not at first. We start with the rooms that bring the best margin for you and add others once tracking shows which searches become real consultations.

How do reviews help a remodeler specifically?

A remodel is a large, personal purchase, so people read reviews carefully and look at how you respond. Reviews and your replies appear on your profile, and Google counts them as part of prominence. We help you ask finished clients honestly and answer each one.
