Can I buy Google reviews?
No. Paying for reviews, or buying them from sellers on marketplaces, breaks Google's rules and can get reviews removed or your profile restricted. In the US, the FTC also bans fake reviews. Ask real customers instead, consistently and politely. Honest reviews also read better to customers.

How can I get more Google reviews?
Ask every happy customer at the right moment, usually right after the job or visit, with a direct link or QR code to your review form. Make it one tap. Reply to reviews you get. Our free review link generator creates the link and a QR code for you.

Do reviews on other sites like Yelp or Facebook matter?
Yes. Customers check several places, and AI tools may draw on reviews across the web. Focus on the platforms your customers use most for your trade, keep those profiles accurate, and respond there too. A steady flow of honest reviews in two or three places usually beats a burst on one.

When is the best time to ask a customer for a review?
Right after a good experience: when the job is finished, the order is collected or the customer has said thanks. Make the request simple, with a direct link or QR code. Waiting days often means it gets forgotten. Asking every customer the same way also keeps it fair.

Should I reply to positive reviews too?
Yes. A short, personal thank-you shows customers you pay attention, and it gives future customers a sense of how you treat people. Vary your replies; copy-paste responses look automatic. Do not include private details. Replying regularly also helps you notice patterns in what customers praise.

What does the FTC rule on fake reviews mean for my business?
In the US, the FTC rule bans fake reviews and testimonials, buying reviews, and certain incentives tied to review sentiment, among other things. Penalties can be significant. Ask real customers for honest feedback and do not suppress negative reviews. This is general information, not legal advice.
