Pricing and plans: 16 questions

What the plans cost, what is included and how billing works.

Money is tight right now. Does it make sense to start small?

Often, yes. A website and a properly set up Google Business Profile are the base that every other channel points back to, so many owners start there and add ads or posting later. Our Launch plan is $297 a month (USD) with no contract. If even that is too much right now, the free review link generator and our guides let you do some of the groundwork yourself.

Is it worth paying $297 a month for a website if I'm just starting out?

It depends on how you expect to win customers. If people will search for you or check you online after hearing your name, a working site and Google profile are usually the first things worth having. Our Launch plan is $297 a month (USD) with no contract. Think about what a single new customer is worth to you, then decide whether that cost makes sense.

How much does a small business website cost per month with Conqueror Capital?

Our Launch plan is $297 a month (USD). It covers a website built and live in about 48 hours, a second local guide site that sends you visitors, help showing up on Google Maps, and ongoing upkeep. Hosting and updates are part of the plan, so there is no separate hosting bill from us. It is a monthly subscription with no contract.

What is the cheapest way to get a professional website for my business?

The cheapest option in dollars is usually a do-it-yourself builder, but you pay with your own time and you handle the domain, updates and Google setup yourself. A monthly plan spreads the cost and puts the work on someone else. Ours is $297 a month (USD) with the site built for you. Compare what each option leaves on your plate, not just the sticker price.

Is $1,500 a fair price for a one-time website build?

It can be, depending on what you get. Ask what happens after launch: who hosts it, who fixes it when something breaks, what a new page costs and who owns the domain. A low build price can turn expensive if every change is billed. A monthly plan like ours ($297 a month USD, hosting and updates included) is a different trade-off: no lump sum, but an ongoing fee.

How much do agencies charge for local SEO each month?

Prices vary widely, from small monthly retainers to several thousand dollars, depending on how many locations, how competitive your trade is and what work is actually done. Ask for a list of monthly tasks rather than a vague package name. Our Launch plan at $297 a month (USD) includes Google Maps setup; Growth at $797 a month adds more work on getting calls from Google, monthly posting and review help.

How much should a small business spend on marketing each month?

There is no single right number. Start from what a new customer is worth to you and how many you need each month, then work back to what you can afford to spend to win one. Fixed costs such as a website plan sit apart from variable costs such as ad spend. Rules of thumb based on revenue percentages are starting points, not answers for your business.

How much does AI automation, like an AI receptionist, cost?

AI automation is quoted per business because the work varies a lot: an AI receptionist, missed-call text-back, booking or follow-up each need different setup. It is priced as a one-time setup plus a monthly plan. Tell us which tasks eat your time and we will scope only what is worth automating.

Is it cheaper to hire a freelancer than an agency?

Sometimes, for the build itself. The difference shows up after launch: one person may be harder to reach, and hosting, edits and Google setup may be billed separately. An agency usually costs more but covers more. Ask either one who hosts the site, who owns the domain, how fast changes happen and what they cost.

What does it cost to keep a website running each year?

The ongoing costs are domain renewal, hosting, security updates, fixes, new content and your own time. With a builder or a one-time build, these show up as separate bills or hours. On our plan, hosting and updates are part of the monthly price. Ask any provider for the yearly total, not just the launch price.

What is the difference between the Launch, Growth and Dominate plans?

Launch ($297 a month USD) is for a business with no site or one nobody finds: a website live in about 48 hours, a local guide site, Google Maps setup and upkeep. Growth ($797 a month) adds more work on calls from Google, monthly posting and help getting reviews. Dominate ($2,294 a month) is the fullest plan. Every plan is monthly and can be cancelled.

How do Canadian businesses pay for the plan?

Plans are priced in US dollars. Canadian customers see the Canadian-dollar equivalent at checkout and can pay in CAD or USD. The exact CAD amount depends on the exchange rate when you check out, so we do not quote a fixed Canadian price. Businesses outside the US and Canada are billed in USD and their card converts.

Do you work with businesses outside the US and Canada?

Yes. Most of our clients are in the United States and Canada, but we work remotely and can serve businesses worldwide. Outside North America the plan is billed in US dollars and your card handles the conversion. On the strategy call we check whether the platforms we use, such as Google Business Profile features, work the same way in your country.
